Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using Keboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keboard on your personal devices. The software is distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store, and device authorization is managed by Apple in accordance with their Family Sharing and device management policies.

Pricing

Keboard is available as a one-time purchase of $9.99 on the Mac App Store. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no additional fees. Purchase once and use the app indefinitely.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the software
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
  • Use the software for any illegal purposes

System Requirements

Keboard requires macOS 15.0 (Sequoia) or later. It supports Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets these requirements before purchase.

Refund Policy

All purchases are made through the Mac App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

Privacy

Keboard collects no user data. All settings and configurations are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Updates and Support

App updates are delivered through the Mac App Store. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with future macOS versions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Keboard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
